"Just because I know someone's job depends on the star rating, and the day crew - y'all rock, 5 stars. We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing.
