"When you order 12 THE ORIGINAL SLIDER® with NO ONION and NO PICKLE and they all come with onion and pickle that is unacceptable. People have allergies and cannot eat onions and dietary restrictions that don't allow them to eat pickles. The CRISPY CHICKEN BREAST SLIDER was so burnt and old it was worse than yesterday's fried chicken at a flea market. IYKYK. The dasher also pulled up at 2:30 am with his music BLARING in a a residential community which shows no respect. Would never order from this White Castle ever again. I will be trying to get the disgusting smell of onions out of my house for days for them not even following the correct order directions. The portions are small too. Even the 15 PRETZEL NIBBLERS - 15PC which are okay tasting are so so little and a tiny amount of food for the over $8 they charge for them. Too small of a portion for that price. The SHAKES CAL 460-1060 in vanilla was weird tasting too and doesn't taste like ice cream or milk, but fake. Their small shake is surprisingly large for a small though."

Last week I tried out the competition and their rolls were 30% larger, and my bill was similar in price to this order. I was still hungry after finishing my dinner. Also there was only enough wasabi for whar I typically place on one roll and there were no napkins in the bag. You are delivering to a room in a hotel. I should not have to go down to the restaurant in the hotel and have to ask them for napkins for a dinner that I didn't purchase from them. "

My husband used to live in Japan while in the military, so we have hibachi delivered from outside of Lebanon at least every other week.
