" This was perhaps one of the worst orders I've ever received from McDonald's. The Mocha Frappé was runny, warm and only about half full, in no way contained the extra shot of espresso, etc. It was a mess, and totally tasteless (and very expensive). The Creamer Packets were half popped and between the sweat on the Mocha Frappé and the Sprite® had soaked the Salt Packets, Pepper Packets, etc. I was shocked. The Sausage Burritos at least this time were fresh unlike the last time when they'd obviously been microwaved from the day before because they'd had a sticker on them and were stuck to the wrapper and tough and rubbery...where one side is almost transparent? The Apple Pie was like glue, the large Sprite® without ice had some kind of white slime floating in it, and was so horrifying I couldn't even eat the burnt Sausage Egg McMuffin or the usually yummy but expensive plain Biscuit. I ended up just throwing the whole thing away. And what is the deal with the limits on the Mild Picante Salsa? It says limit of two but wouldn't that be per item you use it on? Didn't ask for any other dips or sauces. Why has it become acceptable to toss in a random batch of condiments, even when I've been very careful about asking the dasher (she was great!) to have them re-open the sack to verify. She was told everything was correct. I know that these places are working with little staff but not a modicum of caring? These places are making RECORD PROFITS and I guess they've decided they like it. Just pitiful for them to do business this way. Butter half out of the container, etc. I wouldn't have ever considered handing out such icky products. I would have been too embarrassed. Hork :( "

"I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars because both my mom and husband loved their meals (fajitas and nachos), but my experience was different. I was disappointed to see that the tortillas were store-bought instead of the fresh, handmade ones I’ve had at other Ted’s locations. I understand that this is a different restaurant, but since the price point is about the same, I was expecting similar quality. I ordered fajita tacos and a brownie. Unfortunately, my tacos had only one small sliver of pepper, and my brownie was a pre-packaged one, which I thought would at least be warmed. While my family seemed to enjoy their meals, I personally didn’t feel the quality matched the price, and I left feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, I think most people would enjoy this, given my family's positive experience, but it wasn’t quite what I expected for the price."

"Arrived warm. The drive isnt far from my location and the wait time wasnt excessive. so it makes me think either the patties were pre cooked or the order was started 30-35mins before pick up. So the Spill the Bourbon Burger was cooling down for the past 25+ minutes plus the drive to my location could've also been one of the reasons the burger arrived so lukewarm. The fries were cold and not enough sauce on the burger . Also, the Slammin' Soda made with Sprite® & Strawberry needs to be in a larger cup for $3.59. There should be no reason that a drink is placed in a kids cup if the burger/combo ranges from $16-$25 after fees and taxes. The combos on here are $20+.
