"I've tried a bunch of the sandwiches here. My favorite is the Hill Street, but make sure to double the slaw. The size on the pork chop can vary, but it can be quite big, which is really satisfying. But that makes it all a bit dry and means it needs more flavor so definitely double the slaw. FYI, they will do custom adjustments, just call them before completing your order on DoorDash. As for other sandwiches, the Normandie and Olympic sandwiches are also great and definitely worth trying. Just wonderful flavor combinations. The Mariposa does exactly what they promise and tastes 100% like al pastor, but really it just made me want to get some al pastor tacos instead. Al pastor just is much more a taco thing than a sandwich and Open Market is too good at coming up with unique flavor blends to just get something that imitates what you can find everywhere. That said, they totally nail it so if you want a vegetarian al pastor sandwich, go for it! I don't recommend the Alhambra - just was bland. Go with the more flavorful options."

"Disappointed for sure. There was WAY too much unami going on from from the Gruyère and blue cheese on The Office Burger®. The carmelized onion added way to much tartness. The arugula was overpowering the beef but not the strong tartness of the burger. It literally took until the last bite to really taste how delicious the dry aged beef was (I'm gusssing it took my taste buds a second to not be overwhelmed by the tart & unami). It really could have used some type of acidic or spice based sauce to even everything out The good: the quality of the meat & bun Gruyère cheese was just awesome. Would I go back? No Would I recommend to friends? No Was it worth $20: No I also got the Sweet Potato Frites in a "Basket and they came super soggy. Im less than a mile away so I have no idea how that happened. Even with them being soggy I thought they were amazing, which is really saying something."
