"WOW! This is the fried rice of my dreams I have been looking for since I was little, but NO ONE makes right anymore. Moist, savory, eggy, made with some butter they told me, topped with fresh green onion (scallions) and flowered with plump little shrimp. Amaze-balls! Plus, loved everything else and the staff was beyond gracious (even after we spilled the soda we'd brought with us on a table inside their shop---sorry, we're savages). They may not want to see us again lol but we will be back.
