The Mongolian Beef was the star: glossy sauce, tender beef, and onions sliced every way possible for crunch and sweetness. I ended up with way too much Steamed Rice , but hey, rice fortress secured. Bottom line: skip the noodle oddities of you the normal thick onest that are a staple of this dish, head straight for the Mongolian Beef .
