"The Chicken Singapore was a great find on the menu. Normally, I like to order the Lo Mein, but this time I felt adventurous. The portion was HUGE, just like the rest of the dishes are. Spices were in point making the craving for more happen after each bite. It was a nice amount of heat for a cury. Not to spicy, just the right amount to remind you it's there. I think I found a new favorite. As always, the Sweet & Sour Chicken was great! Not super bready, and not overcooked to be rubbery and dry. Perfect amount of bell peppers to compliment as well as the Sweet & Sour sauce being perfect for dipping into. The Chicken Fried Rice is always a must to get. It's got a layer of depth to it unlike other places where it's one note soy sauce salty . Here you can taste the fresh vegetables and butter, and know that this was made with passion. What can I say other than I love it!"

Too many places make their curry with more sauce than substance (like a soup)-- this was superior. My fiance had the brisket dip, which he really likes, but his fries were pretty much raw as you can see in the picture. There is no brown on them at all.
