Blue & Bacon burger was okay too -- burger itself was cooked well and tasted good, cost was, again, very reasonable, and the blue cheese sauce was amazing...when you could taste it. Unfortunately, the sauce was honestly overpowered by the bacon and onions -- I ended up pulling those off and eating them separately so I could taste the sauce more, as it mostly tasted like a standard burger with it assembled. The fries that came with the burger were excellent.
Overall, not the best food I've had, but still good, and much better price and portions than other tavern-style joints around. For the cost and portion sizes I'll definitely try them again."

The pepperoni pizza is rarely as pepped up as the photo and today was no exception, but it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Boludo clearly uses high quality ingredients, and the crust, sauce, and cheese are fresh and flavorful. The Margarita was perfectly cooked with plenty of cheese and toppings. So glad we ordered tonight! "

"Pizza looked amazing and the toppings were well balanced. The cheese, pepperoni, and overall presentation were all solid, and the flavor was good, though nothing particularly memorable. My biggest issue was the crust. The bottom was extremely tough—so much so that I couldn’t easily cut through it with a fork. Instead of being light, airy, and doughy like I expect from this style of pizza, it was dense and difficult to chew.
The other factor was the price. This was a fairly expensive pizza, so my expectations were higher. Given the cost, I was hoping for a more memorable flavor and a better crust texture. If the crust had been softer with a little more lift, this would have been a much stronger pizza overall."

"I get a large pepperoni and green olive pizza every Friday lunch. It's always cooked to perfection, smells and tastes amazing. That's a lot of pizza. So I took about a 3 week break. This Friday I decided to treat myself with my favorite pizza and the cheese didn't look right, it didn't even cover the whole pizza or most of the sauce at the edge. It almost looked like a reheated par baked pizza or something. It was a major bummer. I'll order again just to see if it's a one off or if this Carbone's store is done."
