The Pollo entree with sides was delicious, but the chicken was dry. The fries were soggy, and the salad was not the best. The lettuce lacked green fresh color, and there was only one sliced beet, no tomato. The Chaufa was tasty, but the carne was tough! The Jalea was okay, but lacked flavor. The Papa a la Huancaina was overly creamy and not the best flavor, unlike what I'm used to from other places. The INKA 2 LITROS was room temperature, like, why? I have no ice, so drinking room temperature is not ideal. I ordered a Lomo Saltado, and it was tough, not that saucy. I will not purchase from here again. "
