The bowls are fresh and delicious and so filling. We have a super big family and everyone likes different things, but this has something healthy for everyone. I would say personally to skip things like the dried mangoes. They are like the tiny little ones that are weird almost candy. Those were picked out. Goji berries are a must add to me. They are such a great texture in a bowl. The Large Whatever Bowl is a TON! The Regular Whatever Bowl is a great size. We will be ordering this a lot. "
