Just as a primer to get a proper taste test, I ordered the tamales with Mild Red sauce and they actually weren't bland even without the spice.
Only complaint is pretty minor. Chimi was rather greasy inside - soaked through what I was eating it off, into the sheets, and then my mattress. Mostly on me for not picking a better spot to eat it at!"
