The lemon chicken was cooked in such a way that the majority of the breading was undercooked/pale, but the edges were tough and dry. Like it was old or maybe the meat was freezer burned. The cheese wontons seemed stale and were tough to eat. The chow mein was okay but it doesn't taste like it used to. Unfortunately, I think this will be the last time I have their food. The poor quality could be overlooked if the food was cheap but that's not the case."

I have the same complaint, however, about the Santa Barbara Charburger that I have with a lot of other burger "sandwiches"...the size of the burger patty is not proportional with the size of the bread. Everything is piled up in the middle of the sandwich. The first one or two bites doesn't yield a bite of the meat. I get it...meat patties are round and better suited to the bun design, but if you're going to serve a patty with something like sourdough, the shape of the patty should somewhat conform to the shape of the bread it's served on. A small issue because I find it almost universally being an issue, but I keep thinking that someday someone will figure it out, so I mention it. Hope springs eternal."
