Side dishes especially the kimchi was a little bland and that may be because it has not fermented long enough. L astly I want to add that even if I ordered the food via doordash, I can tell if cleanliness was observed as my husband and I would almost instantly rush to the bathroom the next day and for the next few days as we both have sensitive stomachs. This usually happens when we order from other asian restaurants but Ozen did not have that effect on us, that is why it deserves the 5 stars. Pork Shoyu is earthy and rich with a pleasantly bitter note from the mushrooms and bamboo shoots. The thick noodles are firm with a good bite - let these settle into the broth for a few minutes."

They're vermicelli is very good and flavourful a good amount of meat. Everything was reasonably priced. Their fresh rolls are very good. Their sugar crane shrimp is a little overpriced. I would avoid that, but it was still good. I just wouldn't get it again at that price, but I will definitely be a customer again for their chicken pho and special vermicelli.
