"Bagel (I got Black Russian - I didn't know what that was when I ordered it, but it ended up being a pumpernickel with sesame seeds) was decent. Crisp glossy exterior and dense but pillowy dough . I asked for extra cream cheese and they definitely gave me that; I was thankful, it was almost too much, but that's not a complaint. I do have a complaint though: the portion of lox was sad. I couldn't believe how skimpy it was. It was so small, I estimate that I only received 25% of an actual portion of lox, which was a bummer given what I paid for it. Food costs too much these days to be skimpy. "

" Highly recommend the pumpernickel if you like that kind of bagel. The outside was shiny and crispy and the inside was pillowy soft. I got a lox bagel with extra veggie cream cheese and sliced onions. The portion of lox was decent (not too generous but not what I would consider skimpy) and the onions were super thin sliced like I like. And when you order “extra” cream cheese, you really do get it (which is my favorite). I also ordered 3 mini bagels to supplement my breakfasts during the week and I think I was sent full size bagels instead (not a complaint), so I look forward to trying the cinnamon raisin and everything bagels this week. I obtained a Donut and churro bites that, once tasted, reminded me of moments from my childhood that, once distant and almost forgotten entirely, came to the forefront of my mind. Memories celebrating birthdays and holidays during elementary school where teachers would gift the class with donuts. Warm, lovingly made, sweet, soft, and magnificent; these are the words I would describe the baked goods I recieved from this cafe. The latte was something I was initially afraid of trying thinking it would be overly sweet due to the obvious. Yet, I was pleasently surprised by how balanced the sweetness from the sugar and cream and the tartness from the coffee was. The fruity pebbles on top really brightened up my day. "Best bagels in the area, hands down. And best location (note there are multiple, and I just think the AH one is the BEST ). The bagels are dense and fluffy at the same time and the toppings (sesame/poppy/onion/garlic/everything) are in a great ratio! Also, the cream cheese and spreads are ridiculously flavorful, the servings are generous, and the staff are incredibly efficient. Do yourself a favor and pop in or order from here, you won't be disapoonted! "

"Bad experience! Food was cold. Only one egg on a 2 egg platter. Potatoes were essentially raw. The container was not handled with care and the one egg I did get ruptured all over the container. Bacon was microwaved and hard. BLT had no mayo! An easy fix but it just adds to the poor service. I will say the bagel was good but not good enough for me to ever return."
