"I got the Smashburger with cheese, and I really am not a person to complain, but the burger itself seemed like it had been sitting in some warmer for hours. There was no moisture to it. Part of having a good burger is at least a little bit of grease. Also, I know that the packaging is probably meant to absorb the steam that comes off of hot food, but this was not the result. The bun was very soggy. I was able to repost the bottom in a toaster oven, but not the top because everything was melted to it. I understand I ordered late at night however I prefer you just stop taking orders earlier than to allow me to place an order and send me something gross. I've worked in restaurants before and I'm guessing that people were trying to get everything closed down for the evening instead of paying attention to the quality of food they were serving. Eating out isn't cheap anymore, but I wanted to give this a try. I'm sure whoever created this menu had the best intentions, but your staff has to have some kind of pride and what they're putting out the door. The fries were beverage. I think it's understandable to need to reheat your fries in a toaster oven if you're gonna get takeout and you want them hot, they were average."
