"The Ham & Cheese Pastry is hands down thee best ham and cheese croissant you can get in the greater Sacramento area. No contest. The pastry dough is perfection, huge rise, crispy on the outside (cue ASMR fork scraping), perfect amount of ham and cheese on the inside to have the flavor but still maintain the integrity/texture that a true croissant need have.
