The fried green tomatoes did not come with the aioli on them or on the side like I requested, and normally I wouldnt eat fried green tomatoes without sauce, but the flavor is so incredible that you dont even need it! The cornmeal stayed on the tomatoes and they were still pretty crispy after a 30 minute drive here. Overall, the food was so fresh and had so much flavor. Just wish these restaurants could get one order right, we're paying over $30 for a meal, just to have 2-3 ingredients missing and dips forgotten, if they can get that right, they are well above majorty of restaurants in the area. "The Dasher was terrific. Got the food here in short order. But that's where the good news ended. The Hickory Bourbon Pork Chop was tough and tasteless with a weird texture like it had been in the freezer for a long time. The sides were skimpy compared to other restaurants in the price range. The Scallop Medallions & Grilled Shrimp Combo was ok except they left out the shrimp. Again, the sides were skimpy with barely a scoopful of mashed potatoes and maybe 1/2 cup of broccoli. Almost $5 for an Unsweet Iced Tea in a cup about as tall as an iphone. No discernable ice. DD refunded me $5.47 which seemed a bit chintzy considering it was half of a $23 entree. All in all, very disappointing for a $50 meal."
