The tripa was fresh but lacked the crispness that I desire from this meat. Also this lacked the salty flavor I come to love from tripa. The sopes leave a bit to be desired as the sopes it self didn't have the fluffiness I think a good sope should have also the chorizo had the salt to stand up to this but again lacked a punchy flavor to really say this was more than just a seasoned ground pork. And lastly the chicharone lacked a crisp that was needed. If you are going to pour sauce over them they need to be extra crispy. All the flavors were pleasing though and for the price the portions were good. I would definitely order again as I was pleased for the most part."
