The Seafood Gumbo had really good flavor but unfortunately only one piece of meat in it (so pretty much broth and rice). Not one "fatty" piece of roast in the entire serving which was a 5-star detail in my opinion. The only "down side" is finding the room in the belly for this delectable platter of Funnel Fries that has an enormous selection of toppings & add-ons to customize it!
