I called to speak with a manager regarding the issue & was told that the portion sizes were accurate & there was nothing they could do about it but send the feedback to corporate. Unreal... My only call out is when I opened the box, most of the mozzarella sticks were stuck together. I think there’s an opportunity to improve this packaging to something wider to allow more space for each mozzarella stick and would suggest leaving them in the basket after pulling it from the fryer for a minute longer to help them keep shape.
