"We ordered 9. Yat Gaw Mein , 90. White Meat Chicken Chow Mein , 114. Egg Fried Rice , and Mapo Tofu. The Yat Gaw Mein was wonderfully fresh tasting - but the broth was bland and flavorless. Yat Gaw Mein should have a Cajun flavor profile, but there were no Cajun spices in this at all. Theirs is a great soup if you want something very simple, but it's not the 'yakamein', I was looking for. The Mapo Tofu was spicy, ( as it should be ), but the tofu tasted just like plain tofu. ( If you took a chunk of plain tofu and put some Szechuan chili oil on it, it tastes kind of like that, except heated. ) I didn't realise when I ordered it that their Mapo is vegetarian, and I think leaving out the pork is what made this dish especially bland. I wouldn't order it again. On the other hand, the chicken chow mein and egg fried rice were both 100% perfection. They were wonderfully fresh and flavorful, and I can't say enough good things about them. I've been craving good old-fashioned chicken chow mein forever and I'm happy to say they absolutely nailed it. If I ever want chicken chow mein like the old days, I know exactly where to go! To sum up, Great Wall is wonderful for fresh, high quality ( American ) Chinese food, but so far I think they may run towards the bland side of the flavor spectrum. They also neglected to include any soy sauce, duck sauce, mustard etc. with my delivery. This is even more surprising given how badly their food seems to need it. "

The bowls were not nearly as good as we wanted-- very light on protein servings, mango was underripe and bad, and we were all missing some of the ingredients we selected (cherry tomato, yuzu miso dressing, onion crisps, masago). "Was craving a late night meal so I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and a Build Your Own Ramen. Both were delicious! For the Taro Milk Tea, I got a Medium with Lychee Jelly, Whole Milk, Less Sweet and Less Ice and it was perfect. For the Build Your Own Ramen, I got House Noodles, House Tonkotsu Broth, Grilled Chicken, Black Fungus, Enoki Mushrooms, Green Onions and Not Spicy. "Was feeling sick and wantedsoup. So i got the Tonkotsu Ramen , it was nice on this cold weather and for my throat. Very flavorful. The Spicy Tuna Rice Ball had a lot of filling which is nice cause usually the protein is very little and more rice. As for the Beef Bowl and Spam Rice Ball I have not tried yet but will be saving for later. But im sure has a lot of flavor and is delicious. The Thai iced tea was good. Overall would order again.
