The large fries that came with my meal were barely half-full, falling short of what one would expect. Additionally, the lack of basic essentials like a straw for my drink, as well as condiments and napkins, was a significant oversight. The quality of the food itself was also subpar. My partner’s chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, giving the impression that it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the food quality a mere 2, which is disheartening, especially considering the cost. The entire meal, which was meant to be the only meal for the day, cost nearly $50, and the quality did not match the price. Having this meal delivered to my home added to the frustration, as we had been looking forward to a satisfying dining experience. It’s regrettable to report that our experience with Arby’s was far from satisfactory, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning based on this encounter.
