I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. "Awesome. Im new to the area and gave this spot a try for lunch. Had the Chicken Biscuit and an iced breve mocha. Order was ready immediately and arrived hot, clean and well packaged. This biscuit is outrageous. Crispy, tender, buttery so so good. At first I thought the pickles were too cucumber-y but the second the jalepeno aioli kicked in its a killer balance letting the spice shine and the pickle brine add all the right tangyness. Really great chicken biscuit. The coffee was exactly what I expected and arrived icy cold and delicious. Thanks!"

"Hot Chocolate Medina Either the driver got thirsty or Bequest shorted me on my drink. I paid over $5 for a small soy hot chocolate and the 12oz cup was barely over half full when I received it. I will keep my fingers crossed that the barista over-aerated the milk and the drink was just deflated upon arrival (going off of what looks like foam leftovers on the lid). The Medina panini was fine, though it tastes a little bland compared to previous experiences with their Medina and other panini items. Overall the meal arrived pretty quick and I was able to eat it before my lunch hour was over."
