Yet to try the Carbonara pasta but the main event of the Papa Special Pizza was one of the best pizzas I've had in Melbourne in a long time. Arrived hot, perfectly proportioned as far as ingredients (i.e. not so overloaded that half of it isn't cooked!) and ingredients themselves were of a great and delicious level of quality.
