"The Carbonara arrived exactly as it looks in the picture (10-15 minute delivery time). Egg yolk hadn't set or cooked, so after moving the chicken and a quick stir, the creamy rich sauce was complete! Lots of meaty bits and the peas are a yummy fresh pop. I could've used more black pepper and some fresh parsley, but that's entirely my personal preference. Very good! Garlic Styx were warm and smelled powerfully of garlic the moment received.
