The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The seasoning danced on my taste buds, and the honey glaze gave it a rich, mouthwatering finish. The vegetables were fresh and seasoned just right, a beautiful complement to the main dish. My only disappointment was the portion of rice. While everything else on the plate felt generous and satisfying, the rice was noticeably scarce. I was expecting a little more to balance the plate and soak up all those amazing juices. That said, the overall flavor and quality still made it a delightful meal. With just a slight adjustment on the portion of rice, this dish would be completely top-tier.
