For the prices being charged on DoorDash, the restaurant should not be nickel and diming this way. Furthermore, the sandwich was supposed to include coleslaw and pickle and neither was included. So the restaurant charged for pickle and coleslaw I did not receive AND had the audacity to charge 56 cents more for a plastic container that could not even cost them a nickel. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes. It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion.
