They seemed like they were battered and fried twice, with how thick they were, and in some I found two rings of onion, rather than just one, making them super heavy and non enjoyable. "By the time the bag of food reaches me it's open (or at least it has been the last few times). The small piece of tape used to keep bag closed isn't sufficient enough. I don't believe it's the dashers bc it's happened multiple times and it's always a different dasher. Also, I was really disappointed to see the fries and chicken bites box no longer has an option to make it larger. It's only one size now which just isn't enough as I got a decent amount of fries but not enough chicken bites. Since chicken bites aren't on the menu as a standalone item I couldn't get an extra (which I shouldn't have had to do anyway). The food is usually very good and consistent but things like this make zero sense to me. Why mess up a good thing?"

"Big Mouth® Bites are dry, barely have any onion and bacon, and a small dollop of ranch on just one. Oldtimer burger was smashed to the side of the container and messy. Had to rebuild both to be somewhat edible. Not worth the price paid. Should've gone to Freddy's for better quality.Been in person to this location before and it's run down. No wonder Chili's is filing bankruptcy. very dissatisfied."
