That's NOT steak. Steak is not, or should not be, stringy. They were so overcooked that the strings of meat were almost crunchy. I'm not kidding. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the turnovers are good, the shakes are tasty and the employees are friendly. I have never said this before but whoever is running the Manhattan, Kansas Arby's needs to be replaced.
