"I haven't tried the desserts yet, but I'm trusting that they'll be very good by how they look! I am so glad I found this place because I have celiac disease and their entire restaurant is gluten-free, including their soy sauce! The tofu they're currently using is non-GMO. Everything was fresh and flavored nicely. Some of the things like the brussels sprouts were roasted a little too brown for my liking, as I prefer to avoid ingesting acrylamides. Acrylamides can cause cancer and often are a result of heavy charring. Healthwise, the food was on the salty side. I have a lower threshold for saltines than most people. And there were also some hidden sugars in perhaps some of the sauces and maybe the coconut rice? I'll have to check their website and see if they list ingredients. When I called to ask about the tofu and the gluten, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and even checked in the walk-in for me to see what brand of tofu they're using, so I'm sure they will be transparent and answer questions about which products sugar may be added to. Everything was packaged well in paper bowls . This is a wonderful new option for me to know about . They have vegetarian and meat options and even gluten-free macaroni and cheese! I tried as many things as I could that were vegetarian. The Buffalo Cauliflower was very good! The green beans were fresh and garlicky. The roasted sweet potatoes were simple but delicious. All the different noodles I had were an indulgence for me: the mac & cheese and the sesame noodles that tasted more like Sriracha to me then sesame. Maybe it got mixed with something else. Or maybe I'm remembering wrong. Maybe they are Sriracha cilantro noodles? The tofu is cooked simply. I love that there are so many vegetable choices. This is nutritious comfort food."

Though for how far away it was, i'm mildly impressed that it stayed hot through the entire ride, but it did, which is something I also enjoyed! The size was good for its price and honestly I wasn't able to finish it all again. If they have any actual spicy options I would also feel inclined to order their ramen again since the quality of it wasn't bad at all. "Things that are amazing about it were the giant noodles, longer than most places, and the variety of items inside as well. Things that are not so great are the very watery sauce that doesn't stick to the items inside and makes them very slippery and that the flavor was definitely NOT mala, unfortunately. Mala is my favorite thing in the entire world so the disappointment was very real there. The plastic wrap on top was extremely difficult to remove and didn't have scissors handy so ended up having to take plastic out of my dish the entire time. It's also not too great for the environment to have this kind of container. Also, I was craving cheese, but for an extra $6 that seemed a bit too much- since it's about $30 and it was $8-10 for delivery, that would have made it nearly $50 for my meal which is not a fair price. Better off putting your own cheese and mala flavoring which I had to do. I would like to order it again but maybe the rose cream to make it a little less pricey. I was thinking am I just being too picky about it being watery? Turns out I wasn't as all the reviews indicate that the broth is too watery. I think it's important for restaurants to listen to their reviews. I like to be supportive but I'm just giving an honest review in hopes that these things can be improved. Thank you. "
