"I haven't tried the desserts yet, but I'm trusting that they'll be very good by how they look! I am so glad I found this place because I have celiac disease and their entire restaurant is gluten-free, including their soy sauce! The tofu they're currently using is non-GMO. Everything was fresh and flavored nicely. Some of the things like the brussels sprouts were roasted a little too brown for my liking, as I prefer to avoid ingesting acrylamides. Acrylamides can cause cancer and often are a result of heavy charring. Healthwise, the food was on the salty side. I have a lower threshold for saltines than most people. And there were also some hidden sugars in perhaps some of the sauces and maybe the coconut rice? I'll have to check their website and see if they list ingredients. When I called to ask about the tofu and the gluten, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and even checked in the walk-in for me to see what brand of tofu they're using, so I'm sure they will be transparent and answer questions about which products sugar may be added to. Everything was packaged well in paper bowls . This is a wonderful new option for me to know about . They have vegetarian and meat options and even gluten-free macaroni and cheese! I tried as many things as I could that were vegetarian. The Buffalo Cauliflower was very good! The green beans were fresh and garlicky. The roasted sweet potatoes were simple but delicious. All the different noodles I had were an indulgence for me: the mac & cheese and the sesame noodles that tasted more like Sriracha to me then sesame. Maybe it got mixed with something else. Or maybe I'm remembering wrong. Maybe they are Sriracha cilantro noodles? The tofu is cooked simply. I love that there are so many vegetable choices. This is nutritious comfort food."

"I am in New Jersey for training (Sun - Fri), and this is the second time I've ordered from Stoney Brook Grille this week. Monday night, I had ordered a burger and fries, and it was absolutely delicious! I also had gotten the French onion soup, which was great as well. The mashed potatoes reminded me of homemade mashed potatoes that I make back in North Carolina. The chicken was super juicy, super flavorful, and just amazing. Whatever you do, do not eat the roll until you have moved your chicken to the side a bit and then you need to dip your roll in the sauce that came on the chicken, and mashed potatoes because it is sooo good. Hahaha Apparently I was starving and I thought that wasn't enough food (just kidding)... because I also ordered the Fried Mozzarella Sticks (8), and I am very particular about those as well. They were so good and tasted better than the ones that I have rated my top mozzarella sticks. I am so happy that I found this place this week because I get tired of the same old fast food when I am staying in a hotel. I really wanted dessert and was sad there was nothing on the DoorDash menu for it, but that was okay. Let me tell you, the Marinated Half Chicken is A LOT of food!
