I read the other reviews and it's seems to be across the board. If it wasn't so expensive or if the quality was even 2 stars .. I'm not a harsh reviewer. I tip well. REALLY well. Id say at least 80% of our orders have been terrible, 10% have been completely inedible, and ALL have had error. It's an expensive habit when I don't have time to cook. I've learned my lesson. I'll hire a cook and order clean food. Also, Roxberry smoothies always taste the same, are never watered down, are made with fruit and veggies, no ice or fillers like Tropical Smoothie uses. Sadly, I don't think the location is well managed, staff isn't trained or authorized to make corrections---or concessions, refunds, replacement deliveries. "Personally not impressed in the least. Paid almos 8 dollars for a 4 ounce cup of low quality cheap eggs and sausage. For the size and quality it should be worth WAYYY less than that maybe $4 at most, (I put a picture of the cup next to my mouse for accurate sizing I use final mouse cheeta size so it a small mouse). And the chai tasted horrible, I always drink chai most of the time and ive never tasted something quite this bad, tasted more like green tea with too much sugar . Unimpressed."
