"They mess up items in every order and overcharged for what they sent on some items. The shakes were a fraction of what is normal sent in a child's cup, but they charged full prices. Specialty pancakes were missing their flavors and they didnt even send Syrup Caddy syrups. We often spend $100 at this store and enjoy it, but we're extremely disappointed with what we got from them today. "

"PSA: these are 10", 6 slice pizzas with a side of spicy ranch for dipping..... I ordered 2 1. Classic Cheese and Sauce pizzas, and as you can see in the pics, they look vastly different - as if there's no standard when making them. After reading the reviews, I was hoping to be wowed, and decided to spend the money ($29 + tip) to try it out...unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. One of the pizzas was visibly burnt & I learned the hard way that the burnt taste permeates the entire slice. There's no way getting around that taste. I didn't care for the side of spicy ranch - a side of spicy marinara would have been perfection, and may have helped mask the burnt crust taste. Overall 5/10. I would never waste my money on this ever again. In fact, I prefer Andreas Pizza - even Little Caesars or Pizza Hut - over this."

"My first time eating here and it was amazing. Smothered Chicken & Rice was probably my favorite. Nice size portion and a whole chicken breast that I could use my fork to pull apart n eat.Corn Bread was soft and moist, very good. then I had some mac n cheese and greens that also was very good. "Loved all of it. Smothered chicken & Rice Soul Food Comb was amazing! Chicken was soft and tender to the point i can just shred it with the fork given. Sauce were creamy and delightful. Rice was plentiful and cooked perfectly. Only issue i have is just with the spaghetti as it just wasn't for me. But otherwise Pizza Puff were an amazing delight and will definitely order this all again!"
