They tasted like they were beer-battered, which isn't my personal favorite, and the cheese wasn't really the squeaky cheese you expect in cheese curds, but they weren't bad. Blue & Bacon burger was okay too -- burger itself was cooked well and tasted good, cost was, again, very reasonable, and the blue cheese sauce was amazing...when you could taste it. Unfortunately, the sauce was honestly overpowered by the bacon and onions -- I ended up pulling those off and eating them separately so I could taste the sauce more, as it mostly tasted like a standard burger with it assembled. The fries that came with the burger were excellent. Overall, not the best food I've had, but still good, and much better price and portions than other tavern-style joints around. For the cost and portion sizes I'll definitely try them again."

Churros were good on their own though and again, good portion for the price. The Esquite was the one thing that seemed a little average -- it was good, but I've definitely had better. Corn seemed canned and with little flavor. Good, not great, though again, good portion. Master Chef is not as good as the ones in SoCal (those places like Tops Burger in Pasadena or Louis Burgers IV in Torrance are competing with In-n-Out on burgers, all the Mexican restaurants on burritos, etc. so they have to be really good), but Master Chef is quite decent (especially for the price and hours it is open), and fills this super necessary market for late night grub. It's a great start, and hopefully there will be more stores like this and the competition helps improve options and quality. I will definitely be ordering in the future to see how things progress."
