I really like how they packed it up to where it would still be hot when it got to me. But, my favorite part is the seasoning on the salmon and the fact that it was perfectly cooked. I also got the seasoned rice and the loaded baked potato. Even the sides were absolutely delicious. I did get what looked like a small sub roll shaped rye bread. I think the only complaint I really have is that they could have sent more than just a tiny little plastic container of the toppings for the potato. They did at least send 2 of those same size containers of butter. Also, I think the mushrooms that were with the shrimp could have been better if they were fresh mushrooms and not canned.
