"I always get their noodle bowls! The sauces are awesome and flavorful. The bowls are a good portion. I will say that the price is high and each time I've ordered, I'm missing ingredients that I've added. The first time ths happened it was missing ingredients I paid extra for so I went back and they informed me they were out. Which is frustrating, but to then not call your customer and let them know and just deliver it without ingredients ordered is baffling. They have a Petes Market directly behind them, and the idea that you can't send someone in to grab some cilantro, Thai basil, peanuts etc is ridiculous. At the very least, call your customers and let them know especially when I pay extra for a certain ingredient thats out of stock. "

"Tried this place for the first time yesterday because it seemed like something I would like. My First impression overall for what I ordered was pretty good and the food was fresh and flavorful. The only reason I'm giving 3/5 stars instead of 5 are because the picture of the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl has more vegetables on it than what I received I could literally look at it and see exactly 4 carrots and two pieces of broccoli upon opening the container. Not sure if they just use it for garnish reasons or better advertising, but as someone who actually likes vegetables I would have liked more, or at least for it to resemble the serving in the picture. Also the chicken to rice ratio was off which was to be expected, seeing that many restaurants these days give you way more rice than protein. Which is why I ordered the extra side of orange chicken, since I already kinda figured it wouldn't be a generous amount in my bowl. So of course I was shocked and confused to see a separate container with only 5 pieces of orange chicken in it, mind you I paid an extra 4 dollars for it. The last issue I had with my order is that while eating my bowl there where big chunks of ginger throughout it, which was unpleasant and randomly interrupted my experience.I wish they would have removed them before hand. Steam Chicken Dumplings ( 6 PCS ) and Brown Sugar Milk Tea were great. I would probably reorder from this place in the future, again overall my order tasted great and fresh, but if they could just iron out the few kinks/issues I had with my order, that would be amazing and I would definitely frequent them more often recommend to friends if so.
