"I ordered the vegetarian stir fry which is pretty good, when made right. My sandwhich was made and wrapped sloppy, it arrived with the contents falling out. It was a whole sub, and half wasn't even cut in the middle of the bread. It looked like whoever made it was new or in a rush because a skinny piece of my bread was shaved off and my contents were thrown on top of the bread like a piece of toast. Lastly, I found morsels of steak on my vegetarian sandwhich, which is not the first time this has happened. I understand there's cross contamination, but the cook should make it a priority to make sure there's no meat in the sandwhich. After the last few times, I got the ingredients to make it myself at home, but I was tired, and baldinos bread is usually much softer than the stores, so I ordered in. Will not be doing again. They'd treat me with more respect if I go in and watch them make my sandwhich."

There was not enough sauerkraut on it and it was not grilled. Strangely, instead of being in a takeout box like my wife's sandwich, it was rolled up like a burrito?! Two things stood out for me that were very good; best dill pickle I've ever had and the side of potato salad was outstanding, with good flavor, texture and perfectly done potatoes. Overall, not bad, but what drove me to get a takeout from there was the Reuben on their website, a far cry from what I received."
