"My first time ordering from here and I'm pleasantly surprised, this meal was as delicious as I had hoped! I added red onion and spinach to the Turkey Burnt End Cuban Flatbread and I couldn't only eat just half, I ate the whole thing in one sitting! I'm sure it still would have been great if I didn't add anything. The sweet potato fries were a bit on the hard side, probably because they are thin cut and got cold in transit, but still yummy! The Frozen Chocolate Banana was ok, not sure if it's real banana, but I need peanutbutter in my choc/banana shake anyway so I probably won't get again. The entire order was sloppily thrown together, and it was clear this takeout meal didn’t receive the same care or portion sizes as it would have in the restaurant, despite the hefty delivery upcharge. After traveling all day, we were looking forward to a convenient but high-quality meal, especially given the $146 price tag. We’ve always loved dining in at this restaurant, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend their takeout service. It’s a shame because we’ve had so many great meals in person here. This experience left us feeling let down."

"I don't think of burgers when I think of Arby's, but the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger was a delightful surprise. I really enjoyed it - the burger was juicy, not dried out. Will definitely be getting this again!"

"They ran out of Buffalo Sauce so we substituted with the Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap and it was terrible. One wasn't even cut and the ranch was like watery. Also they put like 3lbs of turkey on there. Way too much."
