The meat in the soup (I chose beef) was overcooked and flavorless. However, all things considered, and eating the soup with the side of rice, it was okay. At this price point I would not recommend this dish (I haven't had other food here) and do not anticipate ordering here again. Mayb they elected to tone down the spices to appeal to more people but thats just speculation and it's just not a hit for me."

"Omg what have I been missing! I've been living in the Silver Spring area for a year and a half and I can't believe that I'm just now stumbling across this restaurant. First of all, solid 10 out of 10 on the scale of everything!!! The food is soo delicious, soo seasoned, soo flavorful, and the portion sizes are so generous. I took a bite of the Pepper Jack Mac and Cheese and almost threw my fork! It is soo creamy and cheesy! Then I moved on to the Collard Greens & Cabbage mix, and all I can say is they are BOMB. I then tasted the Hot Honey Salmon and the burst of flavor and tenderness of the Salmon along with the sauce is out of if this world delicious. And I can't forget to shout out the Honey Butter Corn Muffin which is so buttery, moist, and just the right amount of sweet. They truly made this food with love. Everything tastes perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Suga & Spice. Worth every penny!"
