I ordered my usual—Chicken, Mushroom & Brown Butter Pasta—which is normally flawless, but this time the quality was far from what I’ve come to expect. The chicken was served in large, uncut chunks instead of the usual bite-sized pieces, and the brown butter sauce appeared separated and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the complimentary bread looked hastily torn apart, uneven, and carelessly presented.
