I'm usually a well done fried dumplings kinda gal, so trying these that looked mooshad kinda went against my food OCD rules lol, however they were so yummy and flavorful. I never really eat the inside of fried pork dumplings, but these were tasty and juicy, so I lived dangerously tonight. The fried baby shrimp, garlic chicken wings, eggroll, plain lo mein and fried pork dumplings were all extremely delicious. I was starving to death so, next time we order actual combination dinners or our usuals, I hope they live up to the first time in a long time, positive food delivery experience."

Grilled fantastically with a good snap on bite ... if they added a few more vegetables to the noodles would have been a perfect 5. No excessive oil and runoff. The Spicy Sesame chicken wings were cooked to perfection and was like a Bone-in General Tsos. I'm a bone in traditional wing guy and this will replace my General Tsos platter for sure. Great flavor and wonderful crispness. Add a little siracha on the side and it's the def bomb. Fried dumplings were very well cooked not soggy and had a crisp bottom. Will order those again for sure. Too full and happy to try the Hot and sour soup for now. Very hard to find a good Chinese food spot in LI spoiled coming from Queens but this place may be my answer finally. Well done. "

"We ordered 9. Yat Gaw Mein , 90. White Meat Chicken Chow Mein , 114. Egg Fried Rice , and Mapo Tofu. The Yat Gaw Mein was wonderfully fresh tasting - but the broth was bland and flavorless. Yat Gaw Mein should have a Cajun flavor profile, but there were no Cajun spices in this at all. Theirs is a great soup if you want something very simple, but it's not the 'yakamein', I was looking for. The Mapo Tofu was spicy, ( as it should be ), but the tofu tasted just like plain tofu. ( If you took a chunk of plain tofu and put some Szechuan chili oil on it, it tastes kind of like that, except heated. ) I didn't realise when I ordered it that their Mapo is vegetarian, and I think leaving out the pork is what made this dish especially bland. I wouldn't order it again. On the other hand, the chicken chow mein and egg fried rice were both 100% perfection. They were wonderfully fresh and flavorful, and I can't say enough good things about them. I've been craving good old-fashioned chicken chow mein forever and I'm happy to say they absolutely nailed it. If I ever want chicken chow mein like the old days, I know exactly where to go! To sum up, Great Wall is wonderful for fresh, high quality ( American ) Chinese food, but so far I think they may run towards the bland side of the flavor spectrum. They also neglected to include any soy sauce, duck sauce, mustard etc. with my delivery. This is even more surprising given how badly their food seems to need it. "
