"This is single handily the worst chipotle I've encountered. They've missed the mark numerous times. They've overcharged me, but get upset when I want to be charged the correct amount. They've missed ingredients. They never have salad dressing. The employees act like you're bothering them, when you're the PAYING customer. They make poor bowls, as they barely add rice, or meat, but shower your bowl with sauces to make it like a soup. I mean, over all a 2/10 experience. This is the only local chipotle, but I will be traveling farther out for a better experience.. so, this is the last time this chipotle gets any money out of me. I've tried because of convenience but it no longer makes sense. I'd rather be inconvenienced by going to a less local chipotle, than deal with poor customer service and poor quality food. "
