"They sent the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen with the broth in a separate container; which was something I hadn't considered and was thoughtful. Nobody likes soggy noodles. Also, I don't like fish, but the add-on naruto (fish cake) things were pretty tasty. I didn't even taste fishiness. The ramen was very tasty and flavorful and felt cozy to eat. Keep in mind the time it might take for them to prepare it and order it when you think you have some errands to knock out. I think it was worth the price for the experience. The Milk Tea was super sweet to me. BUT! I'm finding out that's just how bubble tea is. If you think you can't handle something so sweet, maybe consider requesting it at 50% sweetness. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal."

They had it ready for me when I got there. I do want to say that it was not a terrible inconvenience for me to go get what I was missing (Im only 10 min away), & the fact that they WILL make it right if you call & tell them. He even added an extra cheesecake, which I didnt complain about bc it was delicious!!!! The cookie was fresh, as some taste stale & store bought. Not this. I could tell the cookies are made same day. I give McAlisters a 5 star rating, even though 2 items were missing. Oh & the chili was well worth the drive to get instead of a refund from doordash that would take days to receive.
