I also discussed that with the manager, but she did not care. I appreciate the option to put things, such as veggies, on the side. I believe it is the difference between a good review and a bad one sometimes. I think that is smart option for the food truck to do. Imagine ordering extra pickles, tomatoes..and lettuce.. in which the bun is going to absorb the wetness on these and your bun shows up wet..looking like dough around the edge. Totally not edible. Yuck! With the option to put things on the side, it helps your food to arrive warm and edible and the restaurant to get the review it deserves!
The fries were good. They are thin fresh cut style with the skins on them. They were barely warm, however they were still good. They did not harden like some places fries when cooling off.
