I thought the Double Double Smash Burger was going to be your run of the mill smash burger. I gotta say though, you know the restaurants that the attention to detail is off the chart. This place is it. I swear, every single French fry was perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper and was crunchy. The burger was unreal, bacon perfect crisp level but still foldy to taste. I added grilled jalapeños and had nice kick. They knew to remove the capsaicin seeds from the jalapeños. Right amount of cheese to meat ratio. The food came hot, perfectly made, juicy flavorful meat, and no joke.... they even put a hand written sticky note addressed to your name saying thank you and to enjoy.
The owner of this restaurant should go into consulting and teach other restaurants how to operate. The staff team must really care cause it shows. It was just perfect. Every attention to detail, the quality and taste of the ingredients they used... even the process was flawless; they sent the confirmation photo when it was ready for pick up. Idk how you could do better.

I added was perfect & batter was tasty. Hush pups were bomb, fries with the Cluck Dust were ON. The tenders were fire. Clutch touch with that you have to intentionally order sauce/seasoning "On food or On side." Lastly, I'm aware that I'm a young-ish freak of a woman that loves livers...NO ONE has them around here anymore & now I can channel my sweet G-ma up in heaven vibes while I enjoy the livers from here again! "This is elite level comfort/soul food. I've been working my way through the menu and I haven't had one thing that I didn't want more of.
Portions are excellent. Flavor is phenomenal. The $12 deal meals are so far and above fast food in quality that it's hard to justify more on a highly processed burger.
It's slightly imperfect in a way that means it was made from real food, in a real kitchen. Like maybe a tiny bone here and there or a wing that hasn't been fully smoothed. The Mac is creamy. The yams are balanced. The wings are huge.
Oh and the drinks are solid. I've been trying to leave those alone though or I'd be a menace to society."
