The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"

"I really loved the Kung Pao Chicken. Vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I would definitely order the Kung Pao Chicken again. The order came with white rice. Although the dumplings were large in size, they were overly greasy. Tasted like grease. Needed to drain more before placing them into then container to go. "This is the best place in Springfield. It's an old school Chinese place that always delivers. They are not stingy with their portions, the food is delicious and best of all you get the feeling they value their customers. The very first time I went there, there was a sweet old lady sitting there handling the to go orders and talking to all the customers. We talked a little, I told her I was new to the area and she gave me a free hot and sour soup. I have been a loyal customer ever since. "The General Tso's 左宗系列 Tofu is consistently very good, as is the Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐 with its mouth numbing spice. The Dry Fried Cauliflower 干煸花菜 is another dish to try, be warned it may be more spicy and mouth numbing than the Mapo. The only dish I did not enjoy is the Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce 口水鸡, the chicken was tough and the dish not as flavorful as I've had it elsewhere. "

"Delightfully yummy. Both items I ordered Chicken Wonton Soup and Ma Po's Bean Curd were wholesome. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food. The Chicken Wonton Soup has four dumplings that are pretty large and a bunch of broth. I was a little sick so made me feel better. I didnt like the fritters that go with it though they were kinda stale but I also ordered pretty late. The Ma Po's Bean Curd was so good. I usually crave ma po tofu but wanted something less heavy and this was that it had so many veggies and the tofu was soft and the bean curd sauce was really nice actually spicy. Overall I was really happy with it. Will definitely get the tofu again. "

"Moo Goo Gai Pan is amazing! Always hot, fresh, and tasty. I typically pair it with the noodles. The beef fried rice was equally as amazing, but maybe even a little bit more so since it was a buy one get one offer! Whenever I order a main dish, whether it be fried rice or a vegetable or noodle dish, I can usually get two meals out of one portion. Highly recommend! ... oh and I forgot to mention the spring rolls. They're also super hot and delicious! "
