But not only is their food excellent, so is their customer service. They're consistently really respectful about my request for no wasabi (it causes me severe gastrointestinal upset due to a preexisting health condition), and even my requests for no ginger and low sodium soy sauce, which are just my preferences, but ones they always nail, too. I sincerely really appreciate this restaurant's staff, as they obviously emphasize quality and care in all of the most important aspects of their business.
