Many places clearly offer Small, Regular and Large options, so when a product is specifically described as âRegular Size,â customers naturally expect something larger than a small serving.
The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customerâs decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
Iâve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such."

To be fair, that's why these ones are cheaper than others. Probably the more annoying thing though is that the store that they came from was several kms away in Melbourne. If I had have known how far away it was, I would have chosen someone closer.
