However, when I ordered the same pizza on a Monday night, the difference was night and day—it was perfectly made and delicious.
If there’s such an inconsistency in quality depending on who is working, management seriously needs to address this issue. Whoever is in charge of making and packaging pizzas on the weekends should take more pride in their work, and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be working in a restaurant. A good restaurant should have standards, and if a pizza isn’t up to par, it should be remade before being sent out to the customer.
As someone with over 10 years of restaurant experience, I know that when a dish isn’t prepared properly, the right approach is to communicate with the customer and the manager, apologize, and ensure the food is up to standard. Instead, I paid $50 for a BOGO deal that felt like $20 pizza from a random local joint.
This experience has really made me reconsider ordering from here again. Primanti Brothers needs to step up their quality control on weekends because this kind of inconsistency is unacceptable."
