Some suggestions if you can't tolerate ALOT of spiciness then ask for no jalapeños, it made the Chicken too spicy for me since I don't eat a lot of spicy food but do enjoy it. "I was NOT expecting to get so much food. I have never been to Bowl and Above, but man I was surprised how packed my Protein Poke Bowl was for the price. Crunchy Shrimp Sushi Burrito was very good, the seaweed wrap was not chewy as I sometimes find at other locations. The shrimp kind of got lost in all the rice. Crab Cheese (4Pcs) was not something I'd go back for but was pleasantly surprised it was on the menu. The filling was very good but the wrapping was hard and lacked flavor. Didn't care for the chili sauce that was included for dipping, didn't seem to complement it well for me. Overall Food was great and filling. Could improve the plastic silverware options provided, they were very flimsy and not helpful. I would order it again but probably not for delivery. For the price, the portion sizes are smaller than my normal go-to location, and if I'm going to spend the money it's worth getting multiple meals out of it."
